Selling Fees
These are the fees that are charged to
DEALER:
- 1.00 – 999.99 – $100.00
- 1,000.00 – 1,999.99 – $150.00
- 2,000.00 – 2,999.99 – $200.00
- 3,000.00 – 3,999.99 – $250.00
- 4,000.00 – 4,999.99 – $300.00
- 5,000.00 – 5,999.99 – $350.00
- 6,000.00 – 6,999.99 – $400.00
- 7,000.00 – 7,999.99 – $450.00
- 8,000.00 – 8,999.99 – $500.00
- 9,000.00 – And Up – $550.00
DEALER ONLY:
$15.00 Entry Fee Per Week (Plus H.S.T.)
Carfax reports are required for all vehicles in the sale (A fee of $45.00 + HST will be charged for each report that we supply on your behalf)
Lien / OMVIC / UCDA Fees $45.00 (Plus H.S.T.)
**Ownerships are due by 9 am the morning following the auction** A fee of $25 per day will be applied if late.
Ownership Transfer Fee $10.00 (Plus HST)

$35.00 Administration Fee Included in the Total Buyers Fee
Unreserved specials 12% buyers premium with a $225.00 minimum.
H.S.T. applicable on all vehicles bought and sold.

NOTES:
- When a vehicle is purchased, for any price up to $3000, a deposit of $300 is required and any vehicle purchased for more than $3000, a $500 deposit is required at the time of sale. If the deposit is not made the vehicle will be re-entered in the auction and you will be responsible for the loss. The vehicle must be paid for in full by debit, cash, certified cheque, Etransfer, bank draft or money order by 4:00 PM the following day. Vehicles not paid on time, will incure a $ 25.00 (plus H.S.T) late fee per day.
- To book a number call before 10:00 AM on Monday for Wednesday’s Sale. Please call and book your vehicles a week in advance for earlier numbers.
- Ownerships may be ready after 3:30 PM the day following the sale.
- A 2.4% surcharge will be added for balances paid with Visa and Mastercard Onsite only.
- Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully.
- A $300.00 deposit is required for each vehicle purchased up to $3000.00 and a deposit of $500.00 is required on each vehicle purchased over $3000.00 on the night of the auction, the balance is to be paid by 4:00 p.m. the next day. Cash, debit, or Certified Funds, Etransfer.
- All vehicles are sold “As Is, Where Is” unless otherwise stated.
- HST will be added to the purchase price of each vehicle.
- Buying fees will be added to the purchase price of each vehicle. Ask a staff member for a current schedule of fees.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Helpful Hints For First-Time Buyers
- Please inspect your intended purchases carefully as all vehicles are sold “as is” without warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated.
- It is common for most used vehicles to require some repairs to be fully operational and roadworthy. You should take this into consideration when bidding.
- Make a note of the odometer reading on the vehicle itself. Although we make every effort to make sure that the catalogue contains the correct distance travelled, it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to know what he is purchasing.
- The vehicles are available for inspection prior to sale so please come early to allow enough time for thorough viewing.
- All vehicles are sold subject to the approval of the consignors. Therefore, the highest bid is not necessarily accepted.
- Providing the Auction obtains ownerships from the consignors in a timely fashion, most ownerships for purchased vehicles are ready to be picked up after 3:30 p.m., the following day. Associated Auctioneers Inc. cannot guarantee every ownership the following day, but we do make every effort to have them ready for purchasers as quickly as possible. If you wish your ownership mailed or couriered, you may request this of any of the office staff.
- The auction is a fast, fun, and money-saving way to purchase good used vehicles, but please remember that for what you purchase you are expected to pay, just as we are obligated to pay our consignors. H.S.T. applicable on all vehicles bought and sold.

“If Bid” Sales
- An “if bid” is the highest bid on a vehicle that is recorded and held for the approval of an owner who is not in attendance at the time of sale.
- If your bid is the highest bid on a given vehcle and the owner is not present, one of our staff will phone the owner and try to get approval of your bid. If the bid is approved by phone, the vehicle is considered sold to you as if sold on the auction block.
Arbitration
Time is of the essence in our arbitration process. Any major mechanical defects must be reported by Friday at 5:00 p.m. following the auction.
